I am Valentin Žedunov, Director for STI Project, an associated part of STI dedicated to installation and construction projects. As any project manager knows, control is the most important aspect of managing a large and complex construction project.
And the materials supply chain can prove to be the hardest aspect to maintain control over, with the potential to be a large source of unanticipated costs and delays.
At Saturnia, our management team have drawn on their experience from involvement in complex projects across construction, banking, information technology, property management and military operations, and have developed a method for project delivery by which we can be more than just a materials supplier — we can be a partner in helping you to maintain control of your project.
To do this, we make reference to the principals of “on time, on budget and on specification”. These three elements are the so called ‘iron triangle’ of managing any project and here at Saturnia, we know how critical they are to our customers. This is why we have built our project delivery around these elements, so as to deliver you the best value that will keep you supporting us and our unique project here.

On Time
Once you confirm an order, our specialized project delivery team will liaise with our production and provide for you an accurate date which you can expect the material to be ready by.
If something goes wrong (because - let’s face it - sometimes it does) our project delivery manager will contact your local sales manager, who will contact you immediately. Any problems on our side we will take full ownership of, and we will present you with at least 2 solutions when we contact you.
On Budget
We offer special project pricing, flexible according to your needs and the quantities you are ordering. Just contact our sales team and give them the details of the project.
If any unanticipated ‘extras’ pop up we will let you know well in advance if something we do is to be charged as an extra, so that we can give you enough time to adjust your forecasting or adopt another solution.
On Specification
We will conduct a through review of your requirements, and our capacities, to ensure that we are totally aligned in what we can provide, and you want to receive.
We can arrange a visit on site so that you, and your stakeholders, can inspect the material and the facilities.
We can provide installation and technical advice.
We will provide sample photographs and physical pieces — of sufficient size to indicate the general appearance of a finished product and showing the range of appearance regarding the colouring, the vein pattern, the physical structure and the surface finish.
